Mark Swanson has been practicing software engineering almost as long as he's been practicing magic and kickboxing. Using his development skills and powers of illusion and kicking, he led technology and engineering as CTO of Renaissance Learning, a leading K-12 educational software company.
That was big, and now Mark likes working in a smaller team culture of motivated and talented mobile developers. As if being a magician wasn’t enough of a brag, he is also a maker, welder, woodworker, and granddad, making chips with his CNC, inventing games with his family, and working on the next must-have gadget.
