- Have you discontinued PhotoMind for Apple Watch?
The Apple Watch is still supported for all photo reminder notifications. The image will show up as part of
on the watch. We no longer have a separate watch app that lets you view upcoming notifications on the watch
can be done on the Phone app or in the Phone Today Widget.
- PhotoMind wont send notifications to Apple Watch or display notifications on phone.
Be sure to check the notification settings in the Settings for PhotoMind. Some times you will
need to change your Notification
settings on the phone. There are even occasions that the phone will need to be restarted after
making these changes for them to work.
You may find that the notification will work on the phone but not the watch. If this is the case
then go to the My
Watch section of the settings and then make sure that Notifications for PhotoMind are

- I can’t see past reminders
At the bottom of the screen you can see Upcoming and Previous reminder. Just select Previous to see past
- I can’t hear the notification sound.
The app volume is controlled by the phone master volume control. To make the notification sound louder turn
off silent and turn up the phone volume.
- I wish you had pictures in your notifications.
Prior to iOS 10 you had to tap on the notification to open the app to the picture to view it. For iOS 10 and newer,
picture thumbnail are shown in the notification and you can long press on them to see a larger version.
- Things just don’t work.
Make sure you have the latest version of PhotoMind that is in the App Store. If you currently have the latest version,
try restarting your phone this tends to solve many of the unusual problems that may occur.
